Our Mission:
Communication Axess Ability Group - CAAG - serving the Communication
Access needs of people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The company's goal
is to become the business, social and cultural center for the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing community in Texas. We strive to accomplish this by utilizing the
latest technologies to provide a broader range of communication services to deaf
or hard of hearing consumers.

We are Hancock, Jahn, Lee & Puckett, LLC. We do business as
Communication Axess Ability Group, CAAG, CAAG of West Texas and CAAG of South
Texas.We are proud to work in Community Partnership with the Texas Department
of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) - Office for Deaf and Hard of
Hearing Services (DHHS), in promoting equal communication access for people who
are deaf or hard of hearing.
We are also an Approved Sponsor of Continuing
Education Units (CEU) for RID (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf)

serving the populations around Houston, Midland, Beaumont and McAllen.
